Blood Pressure
High blood pressure (also known as HBP or Hypertension) is an all too common health condition where the force of blood flowing through your vessels is consistently too high. The higher your blood pressure, the harder your heart has to work. High blood pressure can lead to very serious health issues, including heart disease and stroke. The only way to know if you have high blood pressure is to have your blood pressure tested. You can get this done at your doctor’s office, at most pharmacies and grocery stores and even get your own blood pressure cuff.
